The Facility

Brezza di Mare holiday homes, open all year round, they are located in the shade of a cool private olive grove, , 3,5 km from the center of Palinuro and 7 km from the Medieval village of the town of Pisciotta, but all the essential services are within walking distance.

After passing the automatic gate you find yourself in the common parking area. As well as most of the structure, even the parking spaces are in the shade of the olive trees. Terrace with a view; the houses are surrounded by small gardens, plants and flowers, that will lead you to the area of the outdoor showers (they're five, one of which also has warm water) to cool down after the beach. In addition to the main entrance there is also a private pedestrian passage to reach the road that runs alongside the beach.

The houses

Brezza di Mare houses are designed for 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 people. Just like the capacity also the interiors and exteriors vary from house to house, but all facilities are equipped with crockery and new furniture and they all have the features that we believe are important for our guests. The Facility, as mentioned, it's all’shadow of our olive trees and in an area ventilated, especially in the evening. In addition, all houses are equipped with ceiling fans and one outdoor space to hang out (a porch or gazebo with table and chairs) perfect to enjoy a meal outside, surrounded by olive trees, lavender, rosemary and the main summer herbs. All houses have a parking spot under the shade of the olive trees in order to solve the parking topic. The bathroom is equipped with shower cabin and the kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher, you'll also have wifi, digital TV and provision for German language programs. There is for all an external tub for hand washing. The windows are all equipped with mosquito nets.

The five houses are:

Maestrale is the biggest, for up to six people: there's one master bedroom and another one with two single beds and a sofa bed. There are two entrances: one from the porch (there's a small flight of stairs ) and one from the kitchen. Behind the house there is a space to store sports or beach equipment. The porch of Maestrale is facing south-west, the ideal location to enjoy the sunset surrounded by olive trees.

Libeccio is also facing South-West and has the main entrance from the porch, but has a four people capacity and: a master bedroom and one with 2 single beds. There's a dining table in the kitchen, but also in this case the porch is the most inviting place for your meals and snacks.

Scirocco: in a more private location, is the most "intimate" and original of the small houses: the kitchen is at the entrance; there's an antechamber with a dining corner that gives to the master bedroom. On the other side of the house there is the twin bedroom. The large porch and the space that surrounds the house on three sides, with lavender, jasmine and a lemon tree, compensates the less scenic but more intimate location.

Tramontana, due to its location, has a view of the entire olive grove and a glimpse of the sea. It has a four people capacity and and one master bedroom. The kitchen is equipped with a small folding table, 4 foldaway chairs and wall-mounted flat tv. On the other side of the kitchen-dining room there are retractable bunk beds, which allow to optimize the spaces; The house also has porch, perfect for dining with a view. On the same porch there is a second access, completely independent from the other houses..

Grecale is the neighbor house of Tramontana, from which you can have a glimpse of the sea and Capo Palinuro. It is a very bright little house, ideal for those traveling alone or as a couple, it's equipped with a master bedroom , a kitchen – -dining room and a small terrace with a view sheltered by olive trees.
