- First Minute Discount (reservation within 150 days before arrival) —> 10%
- Reservations within 31 October they guarantee, in addition to 10% discount, the published price without any changes
- long weekend Offer (3 nights), in medium or low season based on availability -> Price based on availability and season
(By medium or low season we mean the period between the end of September and the end of May)

Municipal tourist tax not included in the price
The tourist tax of 2024 was:
- 0,50 € per person per night in the month of Juneand September
- 1 € per person per night in the month of July
- 2€ per person in the month of August
The tax is in effect starting from 16 years old and up to a maximum of 10 consecutive nights: the nights after the 10th are tax free
